We expect that most learners will be able to access their further education studies at ACM free of charge, but the actual cost of studying towards a Diploma/Extended Diploma at ACM is dependent on the age of the learner on 31st August before their programme starts:
Under 18 on 31st August
If you'll be under 18 on 31st August before your course starts, the government will fully fund your studies with us for the entire 2-year Level 3 Extended Diploma or Level 2 Diploma. There will be no further tuition fees to pay. Funding is subject to eligibility criteria.
18 on 31st August 2019
If you’ll be 18 on 31st August before your course starts, the government will fund 1 year of study at Level 2 or 3. Funding is subject to eligibility criteria.
19 or over on 31st August 2019
The course fee for over 19 year olds (or those not eligible for funding) is £6,000 per year, unless you are an adult learners with an EHCP (in which case, government funding may be available). If you are over 19, we suggest that you also consider our Higher Education programmes as an alternate to Level 2 or 3 study, for which Students Loans are available.
