Since 2017 we have enrolled students using a massive import process.  This means that rather than receiving an invitation that they can accept or decline, they are simply enrolled into the module and it appears on their dashboard (i.e. they will not receive an invite).


The two most common reasons students are not enrolled in the Canvas module are:


  1. They may be a late enrolment and missed the initial import.

    If the student is on your register for the module, email digitaleducation@acm.ac.uk and a member of the team will enrol the student.

  2. They may not be registered for the module.  

    If the student is not on your register for the module, email registry@acm.ac.uk and a member of the team will put them on the register, and enrol them in the module.
