If you have got Settled status in the UK (or migrant worker status), then you will be able to apply for a maintenance loan.  

If you have got Pre-Settled status in the UK, then you will only be able to apply for a tuition fee loan.

If you don't have either Pre-settled or Settled status, then you will be considered as an International student and will have to pay international student fees.
