Sometimes email providers can automatically send emails to Spam. One way to avoid this, is to add an email to a "safe senders" list, to tell your email provider to never send the message to Spam. Follow the steps below for guidance:

Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account

• Go to https://mail.google.com/ and "Sign in using Google" option with your ACM email address 

Step 2: Go to Settings

• Click on the cog wheel in the top right corner (Settings)

Step 3: Click "See all settings"

Step 4: Click "Filters and blocked addresses"

Step 5: Click "Create a new filter"

Step 6: Type the email and click the "Create filter" button

Step 7: Click "Never send it to Spam"

Step 9: Click "Create filter"
