There are a number of different reasons you may hear audio echo or audio feedback during your session. The main ones are:

1. Multiple computers with active audio in the same session
2. A device in the session is channeling your audio back through their speakers.

Try getting your tutor to mute everyone while they are talking and where possible, wear headphones instead of using your speakers to minimise feedback.

It is recommended you configure your audio settings before you join meetings. You should have the ability to test your microphone and speakers, by selecting the upwards arrow, to the right of the "Mute/Unmute" button. From here, you can view the volume settings in Zoom. A test tone should be available to further confirm any issues.
